So why has nobody on your team built it?
The demo is the easy part.
Any engineer can wire up a demo in a weekend, and it sounds fine in a quiet office. Put it on an 8kHz phone line with a customer on a two-wheeler speaking Hinglish, and it falls apart. The voice is only the first problem. Here is the rest of the list.
- Numbers in the right series
- DLT registration per customer
- DND scrubbing and calling hours
- Capacity that one customer cannot hog
- Metering so you can bill for it
- A telecom on-call rota
You have probably looked at three ways round this.
| Build it yourself | It takes about four months and four engineers to reach the first real call. After that, the carrier contracts and the 2am outages are yours to keep. |
|---|---|
| A developer voice API | These are built for one company making its own calls. They are not built for a thousand of your customers, each needing their own numbers and registrations. |
| Your carrier | Exotel, Plivo and Tata now sell AI agents directly to your customers. Build on them and you hand your competitor your customer list. |
Five complaints in ten days can get a number disconnected across every operator. One careless customer on a shared pool takes the rest down with them.
There is a layer that handles all of this.
One API. The voice pipeline, and everything around it.
You create a tenant for each customer, attach a phone number or forward the one they already have, and pick a telecaller template. Then calls start.
- Each customer gets a tenant with its own keys, quota and concurrency limits.
- One busy customer never starves the others.
- KYC, DLT registration, DND scrubbing and calling windows all run inside your product.
- You never hire a telecom operations person.
- Setup, the call log and transcripts ship as React components in your theme.
- Your users set it up inside your product, in your colours.
What your users do with it
- Receptionist
- It answers every call, books appointments and routes the rest.
- Reminders
- It calls about appointments, fees and renewals.
- Order confirmation
- It confirms cash-on-delivery orders and checks addresses.
- Lead callback
- It calls a new enquiry back within a minute.
Here is what it earns you.
A new revenue line, priced by you.
You pay wholesale minutes and a platform fee. What your customers pay is up to you.
Your monthly gross profit
- Your profit
- You pay us
- You bill your customers
- Active customers
- Minutes per month
- Annualised profit
These figures are indicative. Wholesale pricing is locked for the term and steps down with volume.
The money stays yours.
05The promise
Your carrier sells AI agents to your customers. We cannot.
The partner agreement says so. We do not sell to, contact or market to your tenants.
If we ever show up pitching your customers, hold it against us.
The guardrails live in the platform, not in a policy.
We built the platform so that one careless customer cannot put your numbers, or your other customers, at risk. It handles inbound, service and consented calls only. It does not support cold calling.
- Purpose
- DND scrub
- Consent
- Calling window
- Dial
This is the pre-dial gate. A call that fails any step does not go out.
| Registration per business | Each end business completes KYC and DLT registration in its own name. Numbers are never pooled. |
|---|---|
| An honest telecaller | Every call opens with an AI disclosure that cannot be removed. The telecaller never denies being an AI. |
| Kill switch per tenant | You can suspend one customer in a second without touching the rest. |
| Your data stays yours | Data is isolated per tenant and stays in India. We do not train on your customers' audio. |
These are the controls we enforce. They are not legal advice.
What CTOs ask us first.
Will you ever sell to my customers?
No. We sell to platforms only, and the contract says so. Your customers should never learn our name.
What happens when we are big enough to build this ourselves?
Pricing steps down toward cost-plus, and a bring-your-own-cloud tier is on the roadmap. We would rather plan for it than pretend it will not happen.
We could just build on Vapi.
You could. Vapi tells you to handle tenants in your own code and puts KYC on your account. We built the part Vapi tells you to build.
Does it handle Hinglish?
Yes. Ask for a sample call before you sign anything.
How long does an integration take?
A first version inside your product takes hours of engineering with the embedded components. Rolling it out to your users takes weeks, mostly on your side.
Is the product live?
The company is new, but the pipeline is not. The tenant API is in private use today. The components and hosted compliance flows come next.
