Terms of service

Last updated 23 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of Telekaller One API and this website. If your company has signed a separate partner agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ. By using the API you accept these terms on behalf of your company.

Who can use the service

Telekaller One API is provided to companies that offer calling to their own business customers inside a software product. It is not offered to individuals or to businesses making calls only for themselves. We may decline or close an account that does not fit this description.

Your account

Acceptable use

The service is for calls people expect: inbound, service, transactional and consented follow-ups. You and your tenants must not use it for:

We may suspend a single tenant, or your account, if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken or if an operator or regulator requires it. We will tell you when we do and why, unless the law prevents it.

Fees

You pay the platform fee and the per-minute wholesale rates in your order form or partner agreement. Usage is metered per tenant and invoiced monthly in INR unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are due within 15 days. We may suspend service for invoices more than 30 days overdue after giving notice. Rates for an agreed term do not change during that term.

What you can charge your customers

You set your own prices. Nothing in these terms limits your margin or requires you to disclose our rates to your customers.

We do not sell to your customers

We will not sell to, contact or market to the end businesses you serve through the API, during the agreement or after it, except to respond to a complaint or a legal requirement. This promise survives termination.

Your data

You own the data your tenants generate: prompts, configurations, call audio, transcripts and results. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it through the API at any time. We do not train models on it.

Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it during early access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Support is by email and, for partners on a paid plan, by a named contact. Service levels, if any, are set out in your partner agreement.

Intellectual property

We own the API, the components and the software behind them. You may use them to build and run your product for as long as your account is active. You own your product and your brand. Feedback you give us can be used to improve the service without any obligation to you.

Liability

The service is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything that cannot be limited by law. You are responsible for the calls your tenants make and will indemnify us against claims that arise from them, other than those caused by our breach of these terms.

Ending the agreement

Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may end it sooner for a serious breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice. After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which we delete it, except for records we must keep by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts in India, after a good-faith attempt to settle them by discussion between senior representatives of both parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change reduces your rights, we will give partners 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect.
